You can delete your account yourself, at any time, without contacting us.
If you can no longer sign in, email admin@smartailabs.in from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my ExamMaster account". We will delete it and confirm within 30 days.
If email is difficult, you can instead ask us on +91 70183 72817 and we will do it for you.
This is removed straight away and is not recoverable. We keep no backup copy.
Your quiz history, streaks and study plan live on your own device, not on our servers, so deleting your account leaves them untouched and the app keeps working exactly as before. To remove those as well, uninstall the app, or clear this site's data in your browser.
