These terms govern your use of ExamMaster, the exam-preparation and early-years learning app provided by SmartAI Labs. By using the app (web or mobile) — and, if you create an account, by checking the acceptance box at sign-up — you agree to the current version of these terms and to any future updates we publish here. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled and forms part of the agreement.
ExamMaster provides study materials, practice questions and related tools for competitive exams (SSC, banking, UPSC/Defence, JEE/NEET/CAT/CLAT, SAT/GRE/GMAT/TOEFL, CS/AWS/DSA and others), plus a children's Kids Mode for Nursery, LKG and UKG.
Content is educational and is provided to help you prepare. It is not a guarantee of any exam result, score, admission or certification. Exam syllabi, question patterns and cut-offs are set by the examining bodies, not by us, and may change without notice.
The app is designed to work offline for reading and practice. Study progress — quiz history, streaks, plans and similar — is stored on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. Signing in with Google is optional and does not change that today; if we add progress syncing in future we will update these terms and our Privacy Policy before it ships.
We may modify, add or remove features, content or exams at any time. We will try to give reasonable notice of changes that are likely to affect your study routine, but we cannot guarantee that any particular topic, question bank or feature will remain available indefinitely.
An account is optional for adults. If you sign in, you must use accurate Google account credentials you are authorised to use, and you are responsible for all activity under your session. You may sign out or request deletion at any time from the Account screen or via delete-account.html. Deleting an account permanently removes the record we hold; device-local study data is unaffected unless you clear it yourself.
Kids Mode does not offer sign-in. An audience under 13 is kept in Kids Mode and cannot reach the account layer, in line with our Play Store Families commitment.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe these terms have been materially breached. Because study data stays on your device, suspension of an optional account does not erase your local progress.
ExamMaster, its branding, lesson text, question banks, concept diagrams, audio and related materials are owned by SmartAI Labs or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own study. This licence does not include rights to copy, redistribute or create derivative works for commercial purposes.
Lesson videos are hosted on our YouTube channel and play only when you choose to open them. YouTube's own Terms of Service apply to that playback.
The app and all content are provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for accurate, up-to-date teaching content, but we make no warranty — express or implied — of completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular exam or uninterrupted availability.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the laws of India or any other applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these terms when the product or our legal obligations change. By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you accept the current version of these terms and any future updates we publish on this page. The date at the top will advance when we make changes. We will surface a notice in the app for material updates. You are free to review the current terms at any time at exammaster.smartailabs.in/terms.html. If you do not agree to an update, you should stop using the app and, if you have an account, delete it.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your location gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
