ExamMaster is built to work offline. Your study progress is stored on your own device and is never uploaded. Signing in is optional, and the app is fully usable without an account. ExamMaster also includes early-years lessons (Nursery, LKG and UKG) under School — see Children and early-years learning, which sets out exactly what does and does not happen there. When you create an account you accept this policy and any future updates we publish here.
The following is written to your device's local storage and never leaves it. We cannot see it, and it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear your browser data:
The lessons, questions and pictures are built into the app and need no network. Two things do reach a server. Neither carries a name, an email address, an account, an advertising identifier, or any other identifier we create:
Any request over the internet reveals the device's IP address to the server answering it, and our host records it in ordinary server logs. Those logs are used to run and secure the service. We do not build profiles from them, combine them with anything else, or share them.
Signing in is entirely optional. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive and store only:
We never receive your Google password. We do not sell, rent or share this information with anyone, and we do not use it for advertising. It is held by our authentication provider, Supabase, on servers in Mumbai, India.
At present an account does nothing beyond identifying you. Your study data is still stored only on your device. If we later add progress syncing, we will update this policy before it ships.
ExamMaster includes early-years lessons covering Nursery, LKG and UKG, intended for young learners with a parent or guardian. These lessons are reached from School → Early Learning inside the ordinary exam-prep app. The app does not ask for an age on first launch and does not switch into a separate children's mode.
In those early-years lessons:
The one network request that early-years play may make is the download of a topic's spoken prompts, described above. It is a request for an audio file and carries no identifier; as with any internet request, the device's IP address is visible to our server and appears in its logs. We use it only to deliver the audio and to keep the service running — never to identify or profile a child, and never for advertising. Nothing else in those lessons reaches any server, ours or anyone else's: pictures, activities and typefaces are built into the app.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. Because we hold nothing about a child on our servers, there is nothing for a parent to request or delete from us for that purpose — uninstalling the app, or clearing the browser's data, removes on-device progress. A parent who wants that confirmed, or who has any question about this section, can contact us at the address below; we respond within 30 days.
We do not use advertising networks anywhere in the app. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use anyone's data to train machine-learning models.
You can delete your account at any time from the Account screen in the app, which permanently removes your record from our servers. You can also request deletion at exammaster.smartailabs.in/delete-account.html.
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it erased. Because we hold so little, deleting your account satisfies all three. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
By creating an account or continuing to use the app, you accept this policy and any future updates we publish on this page. The date at the top will advance when we make changes. We will surface a notice in the app for material updates — in particular if we begin storing study data on our servers. You are free to review the current policy at any time at exammaster.smartailabs.in/privacy.html.
